At Kosher Wine Warehouse, we strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition; however, due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are generally restricted to damaged or incorrect items. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
Inspect Your Delivery
Thoroughly check your wine shipment upon arrival for any signs of breakage, leakage, or incorrect vintage labels.
Contact Customer Support
Email our team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect bottles for verification.
Receive Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for returning the product if necessary.
Refund or Replacement
After we process your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
