How do you ensure the wine is Kosher certified?
Every bottle in our collection is strictly certified by recognized rabbinical authorities. You can find specific certification details on each product page, ranging from OU and OK to specialized local hechsherim.
Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?
Yes, we prioritize the integrity of your wine. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we offer thermal packaging and expedited shipping options to prevent spoilage and ensure your wine arrives in winery-fresh condition.
What is your policy on Mevushal vs. Non-Mevushal wines?
We clearly label all wines as either Mevushal or Non-Mevushal in the product specifications. This allows you to select the appropriate bottle based on your specific observance and serving requirements.
Can I return a bottle if I am not satisfied?
We accept returns on unopened bottles within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately for a replacement or store credit.
How long does shipping typically take?
